Each January, AES families and local community members can order vegetable, herb, and flower seeds through the Armstrong Elementary School Parent Advisory Council West Coast Seeds fundraising portal. This annual fundraiser helps support school projects and student programs while helping households get ready for gardening season.
Fundraiser Details
The school earns forty percent of every order placed through the official fundraising portal. There is no shipping cost for customers. The fundraiser usually runs during the first two weeks of January. A separate post is shared each year with the current ordering link and exact dates.
Orders must be placed through the dedicated AES fundraising portal to count toward the fundraiser. Purchases made on the regular West Coast Seeds retail website do not apply. The fundraising catalog includes popular home garden varieties and does not include rare varieties or large farm-size packets.

Anyone can order through the portal. This includes parents, caregivers, extended family, friends, and community supporters. All orders are grouped and shipped together to Armstrong Elementary School in mid to late February, typically before spring break. The PAC sorts the bulk delivery into individual orders and emails customers when pickup is ready. Orders are picked up at the school office. Customers who live outside the area arrange pickup with a local contact.
Annual Fundraising Goal
The annual fundraising goal is six hundred dollars. Every order helps move the school closer to that goal and supports meaningful opportunities for students.
